Building a Research Model for the Relationship Between Enterprise Innovation Values and Employees’ Innovation Behavior: With Innovation Self-efficacy as a Mediator
摘要
Fostering innovative employee behaviour is crucial for organisations to maintain a competitive edge in today’s rapidly evolving business environment. Innovation has become an inexhaustible driving force behind nations’ prosperity and enterprises’ vitality. As creators of organisational value, employees play a decisive role in enhancing innovation capabilities. In recent years, entrepreneurs have realised that relying solely on standardised work is insufficient to adapt to unforeseen changes, making it necessary to unleash employees’ innovative potential. Enterprise innovation and its employees are inseparable. The key to promoting enterprise innovation is encouraging employees to innovate actively. In an innovation-led national strategy, exploring the factors that influence employees’ innovation behaviour is important. Based on social cognitive theory and self-determination theory, and taking innovation self-efficacy as the mediating variable, this study analyses the impact of enterprise innovation values on employees’ innovation behaviour. It proposes an influencing factor model to provide a new perspective for follow-up research.
