Customs Logistics in the Conditions of War in Ukraine

The main problems of customs logistics during the war are analyzed and summarized. The key aspects of logistical support for the organization of foreign economic activity in the conditions of martial law, which is based on an integrated approach and reflects the continuous process of managing resource flows during the sequential implementation of the entire list of processes of international logistics activity, are studied. The level of use of modern technologies and systems in the customs processes of Ukraine was studied. An approach to solving the problems faced by the industry is proposed. The main challenges faced by Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion and the beginning of the war are indicated. A complete analysis of the situation with the process of foreign trade, namely, products in Ukraine as of 2022, was conducted. The state of the key logistics artery of Ukraine—the railway—is characterized. It was highlighted that one of the main links in customs logistics is the delivery of humanitarian aid to the territory of Ukraine. The work of the logistics company «Nova poshta» in Ukraine and abroad was analyzed.
