摘要

Juvenile Worker is a global phenomenon. Indian government is taking so many measures to handle the issue of Juvenile Workers but this issue is still a major problem till now. Juvenile Worker is one of the greatest difficulties of the society. Employing juvenile as labors is observed not just within the agricultural domain but also within various industries like matchbox production, leather manufacturing, carpet weaving, saree production, brick kilns, and others. Juvenile Workers are deprived of their basic entitlement to enjoy early years like other kids, receive an education, engage in play, and nurture dreams, akin to typical children. The study aims to identify the income and expenditure pattern of juvenile workers and also to determine the standard of living the juvenile workers. The sample of 92 responses were collected using questionnaire. The various statistical tools were used like chi square, anova and cross tabulation. As per the previous studies the children were compelled to become juvenile workers primarily due to their family's economic circumstances and because parents were unable to meet their children's essential needs. The government should embark on initiatives aimed at enlightening parents about the significance of their children's education, which serves as a gateway to a brighter future for their offspring.
