Quality as Both Conceptual Tool and Outcome in Learning-Rich Leadership

The concept of quality is central to our theorization of learning-rich leadership because our theory positions high-quality practices of early childhood education and care, in CHAT terms, as a desired object of the activity systems of early childhood services, which contributes to the outcome of flourishing children and families.
