Moving Discontinuities
摘要
The propagation of moving surface inside a body is analysed within the framework of thermo-mechanical couplings, when the moving surface is associated with reversible or irreversible change of mechanical properties.The moving surface is a surface of heat sources and of entropy production, intensities of which are related to particular energy release rates defined in terms of Hamiltonian gradients. In quasi-static evolution discussion of the possible dissipation make the distinction of phase transformation and irreversible degradation of materials. Finally in the irreversible case, the rate boundary value problem is given in terms of displacement and propagation of the interface in order to description partial damage material.
