Construction and Application of Enterprise Data Assets Based on Data Label System

In the process of enterprise digital transformation, it is hoped that data will play a driving role in the development of new industrial forms and business models. It is required that the data generated from business activities will eventually be empowered into business activities. During this period, data needs to undergo a transformation from resources to assets. In this article, we propose the theory of “data asset growth flywheel” by analyzing the positioning of data assets in enterprises. Then, we demonstrate the precipitation form of enterprise data assets based on its characteristics. Finally, based on the idea that data application should focus on the value scene of business, we provide the methods for enterprises to build and use data assets by developing the data label system.
