Electrocardiographic Patterns
摘要
After clinical suspicion, 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) represents one of the first tools for the diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis. This chapter will describe how ECG still represents a useful tool in suspecting cardiac involvement, listing the different abnormalities and rhythm disturbances that are variably associated with this clinical condition. A special focus will be given to some of the differences that might be evident when comparing light chain (AL) and transthyretin (ATTR) amyloidosis.
