Treatment of Cardiac Complications
摘要
Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) requires a tailored treatment that is no less important than therapies targeting the amyloidogenic cascade. The main challenges are the management of aortic stenosis, atrial fibrillation, thromboembolism, conduction disorders, ventricular arrhythmias, heart failure, and orthostatic hypotension. We will provide an overview of these topics integrating recommendations by scientific societies, when available, with the evidence from recent studies and our clinical experience.
