摘要

The present work is set within the areas of Processing, Registration and Fusion of medical signals and images applied in Epilepsy. The main objective is to process effective connectivity data and implement diagnostic information fusion to improve the planning of epilepsy surgery. This technique aims to link information from medical images with connectivity obtained from stereo electroencephalography signals (SEEG). To this end, we calculated effective connectivity in 8 subjects, defined their connectivity maps and these were anatomically fused with the imaging studies. By combining the information obtained, it is possible to define hub nodes, which are then evaluated by stimulation. There is correspondence observed between the hub nodes and the stimulation performed by neurophysiologists.
