摘要

Neurorehabilitation of post-stroke patients must be intense, frequent, with structured planning and continuous. These characteristics require from professionals a greater number of tools that complement conventional therapies. For this reason, the design of Serious Games are widely used techniques. In this research work, a serious game is presented for the rehabilitation of the upper limbs using skills such as reach, reaction and precision. It was designed and developed in Unity® and the monitoring of the movements of the upper limbs was carried out with the Kinect®V2 sensor. The game offers the possibility of generating settings adaptable to the patient and the therapy. On the other hand, at the end of a game session, the scores of the player’s performance are presented, and information is provided in relation to the estimation of accuracy of the reaching movement, since it is quantitatively parameterized in a clinically useful index \({{\varvec{\Lambda}}}_{{{\varvec{l}}/{\varvec{r}}}}\) . The results show the development of the serious game and the validation in relation to the operation of the developed video game and the perception of the users in relation to the design of the video game through a survey. In addition, the values of the indexes obtained from 10 healthy users are presented, showing that difficulty levels can be induced by modifying specific game configurations.
