Primary Health Care: An Example of Electronic Medical Record Implementation and Barriers to Adoption and Use
摘要
In light of the digital transformation seen in Health Management worldwide, and the benefits this entails for patients, San Nicolas´s government adopted the initiative of implementing Electronic Medical Records. In order to succeed in this project, it is necessary to establish strategies and work teams. This paper shows the strategies that were used to achieve the adherence of health professionals and the indicators that were designed to evaluate the project’s performance.
