摘要

Hydrogen emerges as a versatile and environmentally friendly energy carrier, garnering attention due to its potential to drive a low-carbon economy. The diverse methods employed for hydrogen production offer adaptability to varying resources and technological advancements. However, the risks associated with hydrogen leakage demand a comprehensive assessment due to their implications for safety, the environment, and economics. This paper introduces an innovative modification to the EDAS method, complemented by the FMEA technique, to analyze hydrogen leakage risks within a steam-reforming hydrogen generation unit. The study underscores the significance of comprehending failure modes and their underlying causes in ensuring system safety and efficiency. Moreover, the paper addresses the limitations of the EDAS method and introduces a novel similarity measure aimed at mitigating challenges posed by outliers. Through a case study and a systematic exploration of failure modes, this research contributes to informed decision-making, with a strong emphasis on enhancing safety and reliability within hydrogen production systems.
