Exploration and Practice of Digital Transformation for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises

From the perspective of enterprise functions, during the dynamic deduction process of internal and external business development of the enterprise, we try to explore and answer the overall idea of why small and medium-sized enterprises need digital transformation, when they need digital transformation, and how to carry out digital transformation. Based on the exploration of the aforementioned issues, the practical experience accumulated in the digital construction process of relevant industries is given.
