Models-Simulators in Business Decision-Making Processes for Pharmaceutical Enterprises

摘要

This article focuses on computer simulation and shows the practical application models in the decision-making processes for industrial enterprises. The key points of the research are the demonstration of a hybrid paradigm of computer simulations based on the system dynamics method and agent approaches using the AnyLogic software platform. The proposed simulation models and experiments are aimed at situational testing of pharmaceutical production sales and distribution in the uncertainty of complex socio-economic systems in order to control a competitive market because traditional analysis and forecasting methods do not always provide the de-sired results in such conditions. The model's modularity and openness provide the possibility of adaptability according to the specifics of the industrial enterprises. The proposed approach allows pharmaceutical enterprises to develop a business plan; analyze and pick up management factors for achieving sustainable and profitable development; study the indicators reflecting the internal and external factors that affect the stability of the enterprise and the pharmacy market of Ukraine.
