Basic Framework of HADR
摘要
A unified framework for developing or understanding a model for the HADR is highly essential. This will help in understanding each and every individual step involved in developing a new system or understanding an existing system. In addition, understanding several performance measures for evaluating the performance of a model is also very helpful. Thus, the main objective of this chapter is to provide a generalised framework for the HADR system, an in-depth analysis of each step involved in the framework, and performance measures that will help in analysing the efficacy of the HADR system.
