This study examines critical leadership concepts found in the Hebrew Bible. Interestingly, these ancient teachings show remarkable alignment with modern academic views on leadership, particularly in their focus on prioritizing human needs and fostering worldwide improvement. Futurists foresee the demise of the profit-obsessed leader, replaced by a new breed that will harness corporate power to combat climate change, poverty, and inequality.
