Unlike conventional leadership models, spiritual leadership emphasizes altruistic love, integrity, and interconnectedness, which align closely with sustainable business practices. This chapter explores how spiritual leadership influences corporate sustainability through ethical decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and long-term value creation. Drawing from highly related conversations from the World Economic Forum and real-world case studies, including Google; Patagonia, Inc.; and Unilever, this chapter demonstrates the practical implications of spiritual leadership in driving environmental, social, and economic sustainability. As per the existing sources, it can be said that spirituality-driven organizations are more likely to embrace responsible governance, reduce environmental footprints, and enhance employee well-being. Furthermore, the chapter examines the critical studies on the impact of spiritual leadership and greenwashing which is a concern across the world as well as challenges of implementing spiritual leadership, such as cultural adaptability and measurement difficulties. By bridging the gap between ethical leadership and sustainable business, spiritual leadership provides a robust framework for organizations seeking to balance profitability with social and environmental responsibility.
