Well-Being
摘要
This chapter examines the evolving concept of employee well-being (WB) as a foundational element of individual and workplace fulfillment, particularly in the postpandemic era. It explores the roles and responsibilities of both managers and employees in fostering environments that support physical, emotional, and psychological health. Drawing on recent research, this chapter highlights the impact of leadership, role clarity, self-efficacy, job autonomy, and work-life balance on WB. It also addresses the challenges and opportunities presented by remote and hybrid work arrangements, emphasizing the importance of communication, onboarding, and personalized reward systems. The findings suggest that a collaborative approach to WB, in which organizational structures and individual actions are aligned, can lead to healthier, more engaged, and resilient workforces.
