Modeling and Simulation of 3D Supports Manufacturing

This work proposes a methodology for the analysis and improvement of the production system applied to a practical case of support manufacturing. The designed methodology considers in the first place the design of a model of the manufacturing system, through the estimation of the key parameters of times and costs, in each transformation process. Next, we proceed to analyze the results obtained from the simulation of said model, proposing improvements in said systems. The improvements give rise to a new system to be modeled, and consequently to be analyzed after its corresponding simulation. With this methodology, the improvement of the manufacturing system is validated, making the implementation results scalable to the real system.
