摘要

Patient Centered Care and Shared Decision Making methodologies, where patients needs and preference are in the center of the health service, are becoming increasingly relevant. Nevertheless, the needs, preferences of the patients and the barriers of the service context are difficult to detect, therefore Service Design methodology could help to do that. This review presents an analysis of how SDM projects with service design approach have extracted patients’ needs, preferences and context. Selected studies are SDM aid´s or whole service´s re/design process where patients were involved at least in the exploration phase and another. We analyzed the exploration techniques used in each paper and classify their insights in three different groups depending on the deepness of the learning.
