Criminal Liability of Investors

The scientific paper deals with the study of individual issues and problems in the field of determining the role and significance of criminal liability of investors. The contributors have highlighted and justified the significance and novelty of the research topic. The purpose of the present paper is to study the above-mentioned issues based on a theoretical analysis of the problematic issues of criminal liability of investment entities to show the specifics and note the significance of the research topic under consideration. Methods: with the help of the dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization, as well as other research methods, it became possible to write the scientific paper and determine the legal nature of criminal liability of investors. The main results are the achievement of the specified research goal and the noted uncertain significance of studying issues connected to investment crimes. The contributors have offered a definition of the concept of “investment crime” and indicated the great importance and need for further study of the issues under consideration.
