摘要

Key technologies of the economy digitalisation (big data technologies, mobile and cloud technologies, blockchain) change financial markets. Securities created with new digital technologies are registered and transferred using the distributed ledger technology and do not depend on centralized organizations or certified forms of ownership that are traditional financial instruments. Digital investment asset transactions are executed in real time, permanently recorded on the blockchain and visible to all market participants. This represents a paradigm shift in current market practices that have rendered many of the rules governing the demand, supply, trading, custody and clearing of traditional assets irrelevant and unsuitable for securities on the market. Along with the rapid development of digital technology, there has been a noticeable growth of interest in new forms of digital assets such as cryptocurrencies and NFTs (non-fungible tokens). Over the past few years, digital investment assets have become incredibly popular and, therefore, trading platforms specializing on trading this type of asset have become much more common. This paper provides a general description of digital assets and their trading platforms, reveals the information management properties and challenges in creating and promoting NFT bots and tokens. The authors analyze the NFT trading platforms and the Binance NFT marketplace information management. Using the example of cryptocurrencies, the authors show the increased attractiveness of digital investment assets for investors and users across the globe and make the conclusion about a two-way relationship between economic growth and the development of digital investment assets.
