Multilingual Regional Investment Internet Portal as Linguistic and Cultural Transfer

Globalized interstate development has gained new impulses in the era of new technological progress and web technologies. The diversity and accessibility of information and communication channels determine the innovative factors of economic development and facilitate data exchange in the intercultural space. Regions as representatives of local cultural, social, gender, national, linguistic identity and at the same time the global vector of financial and economic development for marketing purposes, create and develop investment Internet portals for intercultural interaction, promotion of regional brands, attracting investment. The stability, adaptability and harmony of the regional investment ecosystem ensures the multilingualism of information resources as a factor of intercultural transfer and language diversity. The regional investment portal hypertext phenomenon accumulates on its pages a variety of genres, the texts of which reveal various communicative tactics, devices, terminological and conceptual apparatus of the investment lexical and semantic field linguistic implementation. Multilingual versions of the portal, primarily English ones, are created by translation and/or localization, increasing the attractiveness of the region in the multilingual and multicultural global economic space. This article presents a comparative analysis of the communicative (genre, language, terminology) features of the organization of a multilingual regional investment portal of Russian, German, American regions, as well as the pragmatics of texts aimed at ensuring effective Internet communication in the era of virtual investment transfer.
