Case Study 1: Logistic Service Provider

This chapter describes the first case study, which is a logistic service provider in Europe. First the context of the logistic service provider will be outlined, and next we describe how they established a Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC). In addition, the antecedents, as discussed in Chap. 3 , that impact an FSSC will be identified and presented. Subsequently, the findings are analysed, and a summary of the conclusions is presented.
