Best Lecturer Selection on the Base of ESPLAN Shell

Choosing a good lecturer is one of the important issues in education and directly affects the quality of education. There are numerous papers on best lecturer selection and they have been solved using methods based on crisp, probabilistic and fuzzy logic. Evaluation using crisp data cannot describe the information expressed in words. Because the crisp value is abstract type data, it partially expresses inaccuracy, which negatively affects the result. It has been proven in the scientific literature that the best description tool of imprecision is fuzzy logic. But even in this case, the decision depends on the type of membership function, the type of aggregation, the method of calculation firing level of the rule, etc. In this article, a possibility measure based on Aliyev’s method was used. The advantage of this method is the use of a fuzzy measure - possibility measure.
