Application of TOPSIS Method for Project Proposal Selection

The selection of more suitable project proposal offered by service firm is the most important step in completion of given project. This problem is a complex process, related with competitive and complex environment of a considered areas. In this paper we investigate best project proposal selection problem by using TOPSIS multi-attribute decision making method (MADM).
