Today, our lives are completely influenced by computers. The use of internet connected computers in daily life has changed our habits. Listening to music on the computer, making e-commerce online, using internet banking, using social networking sites, making personal business on the Internet, taking lessons online have become a part of our lives. Intelligent systems are used in the applications mentioned above.With fuzzy logic and artificial intelligence, it was possible to benefit from the experiences and preface of the people and transfer it to machines. The fuzzy logic theory based on mathematics has spread to a wide field of application. Fuzzy logic has been used in the gastronomy sector, electric household appliances, ovens, milk quality measurements and cooking degrees of food and in many other areas. The decisions of the Artificial Intelligence Support System in daily life and the decisions of the expert person overlapped by 92% success. It is thought that the error of 8% in the system and expert decisions is due to the shortage of the interval in the time variable. In the studies carried out, we see that artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic-based decision support systems are quite successful and can be used safely in the food and beverage sector. It is thought that integrated systems to be created by using fuzzy logic and other artificial intelligence methods will provide the opportunity to evaluate with different perspectives to researchers working in the field of gastronomy. This article is a pioneering research on the spread of intelligent systems in the field of gastronomy. However, more studies may be appropriate for the development of the sector.
