摘要
In impulse buying behaviour individual characteristics of consumers come to the fore Impulse buying behaviour is associated with consumers’ personality, social and demographic characteristics. And locus of control which is viewed as a personality component, is the effort to control the individual’s beliefs, abilities and skills and the events in his life. It is also about the individual’s perception of who and what determines his or her behaviour and destiny. For this reason, the locus of control is among the essential elements that direct people’s behaviour. Thinking style, on the other hand, is related to the choices of individuals and is considered among the factors that are effective in the decision-making process of individuals. In this paper, we applied the fuzzy logic methodology to determine the relationship between the locus of control and the thinking styles and to display how impulse buying differs according to their locus of control and thinking style among female and male consumers.
