Determination of Connection Between Fractal Dimensions and Fuzzy Modeling

The paper presents a complex approach of time series analysis, based on the use of the fuzzy sets, fractals and wavelet analysis method, for solving problems of diagnostics of dynamical systems. The fuzzy approach is used to cluster diagnostic data processed using wavelet transforms, and fractal analysis serves to determine the required number of clusters under consideration.
