Meta-concepts in the Sustainable Production of Parts and Technical Subassemblies of Agricultural Means of Transport - An Attempt to Specify the Level of Implementation
摘要
The study was undertaken, the main purpose of which was to try to answer the question about the level of implementation of modern management concepts. With reference to the objective outlined in this way - as an obligatory action - it was recommended to assess the importance of individual concepts from the perspective of sustainable production of parts and technical subassemblies of means of agricultural transport. On this basis, key concepts were selected, which were subjected to a detailed analysis and decomposition (definition of postulates) in the further part of the work. For this purpose, in the design layer - as a result of a literature query and expert research - a research tool was developed in the form of an evaluation sheet. At the empirical level, a detailed assessment of the implementation of individual micro-foundations (postulates) constituting the global foundation of the selected concept (holistic approach) was made. The diagnosis was made among manufacturers of parts and technical subassemblies of means of agricultural transport. When starting the research work, a conceptual model of the thesis was adopted, stating that leanness, agility (flexibility), continuous improvement and product life cycle management, from the perspective of sustainable production of parts and technical subassemblies of means of agricultural transport, are leading (meta-concepts). The authors introduce the meta-concepts to emphasize superior character of these solutions in relation to the concept of sustainable production.
