摘要

Human existence requires a healthy existence, a suitable habitat, high-quality food, and affordable energy. In the food enterprise, the loftiest level of health prerequisites in the process from field to spoon is crucial. As an outcome, in complement to other domains, increasing automation levels are influencing food engineering and technology. The fundamental objective is merely to improve productivity in the food industry due to design approach and food safety considerations in different industries, an adequate level of automation is required. Operations are complex, multifunctional command with feedback is widely engaged, Food security rules allow for a restricted measurement tolerance, and human misconception as a hazard element should be reduced. Significant technological advances in the science of chemistry have occurred in recent decades. It is being driven by increased demand for improved earlier detection detectors, which permit for more instantaneous rectification of industrial, environmental, biological, and martial utilization. The triumph of biosensor technology can be attributed to an essential investigation into unexplored biorecognition scopes as well as variety of continually evolving technologies, such as sensor micro/nano-manufacturing and the creation and immobilization of enhanced biorecognition components. This chapter provides a quick overview of the current scenario and future possibilities of bioprocesses and biosensors focusing on environmental protection, microbial detection, and precluding in food science.
