Individuals in Knowledge Share

In this chapter we explore individual-level characteristics in relation to knowledge share. Although individuals are at the heart of KS as engines of knowledge production, diffusion and socialization, they have been given less attention in the literature on technology and knowledge transfer and in the KS domain, which has instead devoted more room to organizational mechanisms and policy/environmental factors.
