摘要
It seemed to me in the immediate Post-War II period, when IndiaIndia, then countries in South East AsiaSouth-East Asia, followed by colonies in Africa, achieved their independence, that the future of world society would trend away from precarious power alliances and powerPower balances toward independent units which would pursue their own independent policies guided by their own perceptions of national interest.
