There has been a rise in the quality of health care delivery, following appropriate clinicalClinical guidelinesGuidelines, patient satisfactionSatisfaction, and a decrease in medical errors after the institutionInstitution of interprofessional education. Thus, it is necessary to implement such interdisciplinary coaching for the medical student and incorporate the same into their curriculumCurriculum. A major impediment to interprofessional practice is the lack of understanding and ignorance of job-specific skills. To implement such training, one has to be first aware of the intricate problems that may arise in a team-based working environment. Therefore, when designing the curriculum for medical students, it is necessary to incorporate interdisciplinary education to provide collaborative skills.
