Neurosciences of Communication: A Multidisciplinary Approach

We develop the reasons for a multidisciplinary approach, focusing on the cognitive effects of communication, the reading brain and the distinction between literary journalism and news journalism. Journalistic genres such as News and Reportage are analysed, making notice of the choice for John Hersey’s Hiroshima reportage. The role of the medium and the emotions in journalism texts are also analysed here.
