Proactive Management in Smart City: Transport Convoys

Within the conceptual model of the smart city, the issue of fragmentation of various information infrastructures of the city in relation to proactive management of vehicle convoys was considered. The issue of providing a citywide ecosystem of data and the need for interagency data exchange, as well as elaboration of the concept of a citywide data aggregator, were considered. A comprehensive model of the vehicle convoy communication modeling environment with an integrated data aggregator from external information systems of the city is proposed.
