A Comparative Analysis of Blockchain-Based Authentication Models for IoT Networks

Nowadays, the authentication security of users and devices in the Internet of Things (IoT) is a significant challenge. The use of blockchain technology for authentication in IoT networks has emerged as an efficient method to enhance the network’s security. This paper analyzes recent studies on this topic to determine whether or not applying the blockchain approach to IoT networks is beneficial and what issues need to be considered and resolved.
