Since the disclosure of penicillin, antibacterial has been critical in the treatment of incurable diseases. In any case, arising multi-obstruction matching with an almost depleted drug pipeline is a major anti-microbial issue for the eventual fate of contamination treatment. One of the most significant sources for the search for possible new antibiotics has been microbial natural products. However, the industry has encountered challenges with an absence of incentives and a dysfunctional economic model, which has led to a decrease in the number of novel chemical scaffolds found as well as the rediscovery issue of old known molecules. In comparison, the innovation of multidrug resistance in important pathogens has proceeded. The problem is made worse by the insufficiency of new antibiotics being developed to treat the majority of infections that are challenging to treat. The majority of antibiotics are found in nature, but typically not in the quantities required for industrial production. The process of creating a new antibiotic is time-consuming and expensive. For this reason, a commercial production process was created. It is first necessary to identify the organism that produces the antibiotic. This identification is performed through a screening procedure. Later, the compound was extracted and purified using semi-preparative reversed phase column chromatography after primary fractionation of the crude extract. Multiple iterations of an analytical HPLC column were used to achieve final purification.
