摘要

The purpose of this research is to investigate how user acceptance is affected by mobile learning about the acquisition of Arabic language communication abilities. This study investigates respondents' views regarding learning Arabic language communication, specifically through mobile learning. With the help of the Technology Acceptability Model, it was feasible to appreciate the effect that mobile learning had on the acceptance of the technology among the students (TAM). Participants from Malaysian Higher Education Institutions utilised mobile learning for Arabic Language Communication training and answered the User Acceptance questionnaire as a part of their education. Participants were required to complete the programme. According to the data, an improvement in the acceptance rate of students might be attributed, in part, to the use of mobile learning. A study using multiple regression techniques found that six crucial factors influence how well mobile learning is received. The results of this research make a significant contribution when viewed from the point of view of the world's least developed countries, to the expansion of knowledge that has already been accumulated. It provides guidelines for the development of mobile learning applications that can be used by higher education institutions to teach communication skills in Arabic. These applications can be used on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. These programs are compatible with various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, amongst others.
