Methodological Approaches to the Study of Public Financial Policy of Capital Reproduction in the Agricultural Sector in the Focus of Information Technology Management

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodological approaches to the study of capital reproduction public financial policy in the agricultural sector of the economy. It is determined that the research methodology is the subject to general laws of scientific knowledge, and requires consideration of processes and phenomena specifics related to financial policy of capital reproduction in the agricultural sector. Methodological diversification is exhibited to define a set of methods for the formation and implementation of public financial policy. It is expanded the methodological basis for the formation and implementation of public financial policy, based on the methodological characteristics of the state, related to the justification, development, and application, evaluation of results and adjustment of capital reproduction financial policy in the agricultural sector.
