By exploring the adoption patterns of mobile banking among university students in this specific context, study seek to gain valuable insights into the factors influencing their choices and behaviours. This research will not only contribute to the existing literature on mobile banking adoption but also provide actionable recommendations for financial institutions and educational institutions to tailor their services and curricula to meet the evolving needs of students in the digital age. Furthermore, understanding the adoption patterns and challenges faced by university students can inform policymakers about the potential benefits and pitfalls of digital financial inclusion initiatives, helping shape the regulatory framework for mobile banking services.
