摘要

This paper presents a comprehensive framework for evaluating relationship dynamics within digital tourism business ecosystems based on scenario analysis. The study proposes two approaches for determining the coefficients (α1 through α10) that influence relationship strength: a data analysis approach and an expert judgment approach. The data analysis approach involves collecting historical relationship data and using statistical techniques to estimate coefficients based on various parameters such as common interests, complementary resources, trust, market dynamics, and more. Alternatively, the expert judgment approach leverages domain experts and stakeholders to assess the relative importance of these parameters and assign coefficients through surveys or interviews. The paper illustrates the application of these approaches with a hypothetical example, providing estimated coefficients for a simplified relationship strength equation. Using these coefficients, the calculated relationship strength between two entities in a digital tourism business ecosystem is interpreted. The results reveal the strength of the relationship, the factors influencing it, and practical implications for collaboration and cooperation. This framework offers a valuable tool for businesses and stakeholders in the digital tourism sector to better understand, predict, and enhance relationship dynamics within the ecosystem, fostering more effective partnerships and strategic decision-making. It acknowledges the dynamic nature of such ecosystems and emphasizes the importance of continuous analysis and adaptation to changing conditions.
