摘要

An integrated control approach combining Trichoderma asperellum with Tolclofos-methyl (50%) resulted in moderate to high suppressive action of R. solani in culture substrate and strawberry plants attacks. This combination provided an advantageous effect regarding plant growth parameters by maintaining good root development rated at a score of 5, protecting crown from rots in comparison with untreated control plants. The re-isolation percentages of T. asperellum were positive for all the combined treatments which vary between 50 and 80%, while those of R. solani vary from 5 to 25%. This combination also allowed both total protection of root system and improved the strawberry plants’ agronomic parameters. In fact, the perpendicular length has been increased from 18.66 to 20 cm and the average number of strawberries evolved from 2.66 to 3.66 per plant in comparison with the R. solani control which were respectively of 12 cm and 0.33 cm. The obtained results suggested that T. asperellum was highly compatible with the Tolclofos-methyl (50%) and its integration into disease management for controlling R. solani could be advantageous in the future.
