[9] that analyze in time domain largescale problems arising from the modeling of integrated circuits, waveformrelaxation methods (WR) [10] also known as dynamic iteration methods, a termfirst introduced by Miekkala and Nevanlinna [13, Eq. (2.2)], arouses more and more interest with the development of parallel computers.
