Convergence Bounds for One-Dimensional ASH and RAS

The ASH and RAS methods were introduced in [2] and rate of convergence theory is still missing; apparently it does not fall into the abstract theory of Schwarz methods since the nonsymmetric terms are no compact perturbations of H1-norms.
