This chapters describe the guidelines for studies on IOL power calculation. Information about sample size, timing of postoperative refraction measurement, constant optimization, prediction error and standard deviation calculation, prediction error distribution, mean and median absolute errors, and statistical methods to analyze the refractive outcomes are provided by the authors to the readers.
