This chapter serves as an introduction to the complex field of simulating GaN and SiC solutions, providing a general understanding of their main features in contemporary semiconductor technology. In our investigation, we will use the LTSpice platform to conduct various simulations, thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the practical applications and implications of these materials.
