Algorithm for Analyzing the Text of News Reports on Society Digitalization in Russia

This paper aims to describe the concept of research using text data mining (TDM) methods for processing a dataset of texts of news publications about digitalization in Russia. The concept of developing an electronic service that will process arrays of texts, analyze them, highlight key entities, classify and categorize data, and create analytical products (visualized materials) is proposed. The service is supposed to be tested on a text dataset dedicated to digital development in Russia. This paper reviews the literature on the topic of TDM, presents the research methodology, forms the concept of the algorithm and architecture of the service, and draws conclusions. This paper provides an algorithm for the analysis of Russian-language texts about digitalization in order to identify certain trends and their assessments by public opinion.
