摘要

Large cities are complex urban spaces in which hundreds of thousands of people live and build their socio-economic relations. Megacities are always in the spotlight, because they have a significant impact on the dynamics of social well-being throughout the country. In recent decades, medium and large cities in developing countries have experienced rapid population growth. The researchers note that the governance of cities in this case turned out to be associated with a chaotic scenario, especially in terms of public health management and urban mobility. In this regard, in recent years, a number of studies have appeared on the assessment of the emotional state of residents of megacities. The focus of such studies is devoted to the analysis and fixation of the distribution of emotional states in space and time. The purpose of this study was to develop a methodology for collecting and preprocessing data and subsequent analysis of the sentiment of user comments. We also had the goal of comparing the obtained insights with other sociological indicators that can be correlated with the location of the area.
