3D Discrete Dislocation Dynamics Simulations of Multiple Spiral Dislocation Sources

The simulation results show that the flow stressFlow stress in the computational domain is dependent of the number of spiral sources. Another important simulation result from the current study is that an edge FR source can be produced from two screw spiral dislocationsSpiral dislocation that are moving in the same direction on the same slip plane.
